As our Affiliate Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our affiliate program, responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing our network of awesome affiliates. You'll be the go-to person for all things affiliate, working closely with our marketing and sales teams to achieve our ambitious growth goals.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, Onboard, and Manage Affiliates: Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates, ensuring they're set up for success with the tools, resources, and support they need.
  • Develop and Execute Affiliate Marketing Strategies: Create innovative and effective strategies to drive affiliate performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our affiliate partners, providing regular communication, training, and support.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Keep your finger on the pulse of the affiliate marketing industry, staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate efforts with overall business objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and technologies.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
