About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. as an Operation Supervisor. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare account and BPO services. As a key member of our customer service leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence, optimizing team performance, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to help them deliver outstanding service
  2. Monitor team productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve complex issues
  4. Identify training needs and implement development programs to upskill the team
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
  7. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare or BPO sector
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
  4. Proficient in data analysis and generating performance reports
  5. Thorough understanding of customer service best practices and industry regulations
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client requirements
