Warehouse and Logistics Associate

Key Description of the Role:

This position plays a vital role in the end-to-end warehouse, logistics, and liquidation functions of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and handling the liquidation process of aging, returned, or non-moving inventory with strategic accountability. The role requires strong physical, organizational, and data-handling skills.

Job Qualifications

• With proven experience working in the same role for one to two years.

• Strong time and organization management skills.

• Has great attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills ✓ Proficient in using Microsoft Office and MS Dynamics 365 (ERP)

• With background in cash advance liquidation and other accounting reports.

• Willing to work in the office located in Pasig City

• An individual who can preserve high level of data confidentiality and security

• A team player who can adapt promptly to organization's core values, culture and work atmosphere

• A valid driver's license is nice to have. ✓ Willingness to travel locally and work in a flexible hour when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

He/she must take over the following accountabilities:

1. Warehouse Operations and Support

2. Receive, inspect, and record all incoming equipment and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.

3. Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and optimized warehouse layout based on product turnover rates and types.

4. Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile variances with the system.

5. Properly label, store, and segregate regular, slow-moving, and liquidation stock items.

6. Monitor inventory conditions and report damaged, lost, or expired stock.

7. Maintain warehouse tools, storage racks, equipment, and safety gear.

8. Logistics and Distribution Support

9. Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch items for delivery or installation, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.

10. Coordinate with logistics partners, drivers, and installation teams for efficient scheduling.

11. Assist in loading/unloading of gym equipment and secure handling to avoid transit damage.

12. Track delivery status and troubleshoot issues or delays to maintain a high service level.

13. Support in shipping documentation (DR, SO, invoices) and returns for accountability.

14. Liquidation Management

15. Maintain an updated list of slow-moving, returned, demo, or obsolete inventory for potential liquidation and/or disposal.

16. Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Management teams on pricing and approval of liquidation items.

17. Assist in cash liquidation and other relevant documentation as needed.

18. Assist in preparing liquidation items for display (cleaning, testing, tagging) for showroom or warehouse clearance events.

19. Implement proper documentation, tagging, and segregation of all liquidated and/or disposed items.

20. Monitor and report liquidation sales performance and accurate inventory movement.

21. Compliance Documentation

22. Maintain comprehensive records of warehouse receipts, inventory logs, delivery reports, and cash liquidation reports.

23. Encode and update item movement in ERP or inventory management systems in real-time.

24. Prepare weekly and monthly stock, logistics, and liquidation status reports.

25. Provide data and feedback to management for forecasting and decision-making.

26. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols inside the warehouse and during deliveries.

27. Participate in periodic safety drills, trainings, and process improvement meetings.

28. Report accidents, unsafe conditions, or product concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
