Job Summary:

Euro-Med Laboratories is seeking an experienced and strategic
North Luzon Area Manager (La Union, Isabela)
to oversee and lead the performance of multiple District Managers and Reps across the North Luzon region. The successful candidate will ensure consistent implementation of sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and uphold operational excellence across all districts within their territory.

This is a key leadership role responsible for aligning field operations with corporate goals while maintaining strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals, Institutions, and Distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of
    District Managers
    to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute area-specific strategies aligned with national sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends across districts and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and medical affairs to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.
  • Ensure effective territory management, customer coverage, and resource allocation within districts.
  • Conduct regular field visits with District Managers and Reps to provide guidance, assess performance, and foster customer relationships.
  • Identify talent and provide development plans and succession strategies for field teams.
  • Prepare area reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable industry regulations (e.g., FDA, DOH).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Management, or related field
    ; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience
    in pharmaceutical sales, including
    at least 2 years in a multi-district leadership or area/regional manager role.
  • Strong leadership, people development, and performance management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results in a highly competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly analytical and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Willing to travel extensively within North Luzon.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in hospital, ethical, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience working in a
    regulated industry
    and knowledge of Philippine healthcare policies and procurement processes.
  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional collaboration and strategic projects.
