Job Responsibilities:

The Repair and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing the Utility Maintenance Personnel (UMP) assigned to Bingoplus branches in the North Luzon Region. This role ensures that all facility-related repair and maintenance activities are performed efficiently, in compliance with company standards. The Engineer Supervisor conducts regular site visits, supervises third-party contractors when necessary, and coordinates with other departments for timely resolution of facility concerns. Also assist in evaluating contractor performance, preparing scope of work for repairs, and optimizing preventive maintenance schedules.

Job Requirements:

1. Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)

2. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or related supervisory role

3. Experience in supervising personnel and coordinating with third-party contractors

4. Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, air conditioning (MEP/MEPF) systems

5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings

6. Skilled in preparing scope of work, cost estimates, and technical assessments

7. Willing to travel regularly within the North Luzon area

8. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

9. Familiar with preventive maintenance programs and documentation

10. Willing to work on-call or during weekends/holidays when necessary

11. Preferably to be assigned in either Tarlac or Pangasinan.
