Import Staff Assistant

Job description

  • Coordinate with import brokers for all incoming shipments;
  • Coordinates with Logistics for all direct deliveries;
  • Monitor the arrival of incoming shipments and ensures that original shipping documents are complete;
  • Checks computation of duties and taxes before the arrival of shipments and instructs the bank for account debiting;
  • Checks and emails insurance applications for all incoming shipment
  • To prepare and monitor all incoming shipment and coordinate with the Product Managers.
  • To prepare check for payment of freight charges as well as the warehousing charges for the release of shipment.
  • Performs other tasks as directed from time to time.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or any course equivalent.
  • Hardworking and can work in flexible time
  • Possess good communication skills, highly-motivated and can work under minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
