Brand Migration Officer

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Clay Creative Studio Full time

We are looking for a work-from-home Brand Migration Officer.Contract runs for 6 months with possible extension to 1 year;to report Mondays to Fridays, 2-11 p.m. Manila time.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in creative environments (agency/BPO), with exposure to leadership and brand governance
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or any related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint for effective creative operations and workflow analyses
  • Has experience in leading or support product brand migration initiatives, ensuring consistency and compliance across assets and channels
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred, with practical application in project management and process optimization; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • Proven stakeholder management across marketing, creative, legal, and operations in brand migration projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and approvals
  • Must have own computer, with stable internet connection
  • Should be open to occasional onsite meetings in Metro Manila, as needed

Core responsibilities

  • Lead successful brand migration across all product lines, solutions, and services, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines
  • Manage end-to-end migration activities, including product branding, software, packaging, documentation, and service campaigns
  • Provide guidance and training on brand guidelines and rebranding principles to stakeholders across global product and operating units
  • Act as a brand champion, liaising between design teams, operating units, and global branding teams to ensure quality and compliance
  • Build stakeholder relationships, resolve issues, and drive improvements through reporting and best-practice recommendations
  • End-to-end project management of brand rollouts, rebrands, and asset migrations, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Clear reporting on migration progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies alongside the Art Director to deliver expected outputs
