  • Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4PM with a paid 30 minute lunch break

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become the voice of a successful HVAC service company, where you'll serve as the critical first point of contact for customers seeking comfort solutions for their properties. You'll work with modern technology systems to manage customer relationships, coordinate service appointments, and ensure seamless communication between customers and field technicians. This role offers the perfect blend of customer interaction, technical coordination, and administrative support in a fast-paced, essential services industry.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls through an advanced computer-based phone system
  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments for both residential and commercial clients
  • Document detailed job information and maintain accurate customer records
  • Manage customer inquiries related to heating and air conditioning services
  • Input and maintain data in scheduling and accounting management systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting field operations

Requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer/laptop setup
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping
  • Eagerness to learn company-specific scheduling and accounting software systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Remote work experience preferred but not required
