Job Overview

The Sales Associate is a key member of the store team, responsible for driving sales and creating a positive shopping environment. The role requires enthusiasm, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining organized displays and reliable inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Analyze sales results and contribute ideas to improve performance.
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging customer service.
  • Ensure displays are tidy, appealing, and aligned with visual standards.
  • Monitor stock and request replenishment to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with 6+ months retail sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Basic inventory handling knowledge is beneficial.
  • Available for shifting work schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
