Education:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle calls, chats, or emails from patients, healthcare professionals, or insurance clients.
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, benefits, or claims.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, records verification, and account updates.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on pending cases.
  • Deliver excellent service and empathy in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Medical-Allied Course (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, Biology, Psychology, etc.)

Experience:

  • No work experience required — open to fresh graduates

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to undergo training and work in shifting schedules if required
