Ensures that dealership sales & quality targets are achieved by:

o Building good relationships with dealers to further grow their business

o Ensuring that sites in your jurisdiction are compliant with company guidelines and protocols.

o Supporting dealerships in the operational and marketing aspects of their stores within your assigned area.

o Monitoring sales vs stocks inventory level at each location to come up with action plans to improve on efficiency.

o Devising, suggesting and assisting dealerships in implementing sales and marketing campaigns.

o Creating programs for the betterment of dealership sales.

o Collecting data and analyzing reports to support better decision-making on how the company can support the dealer.

o Coordinating with the dealer to review historical operations data and reports to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

o Understanding how to handle high risk complaints, rectify and recover from it.

o Regularly monitoring dealership performance and gives feedback to the dealer.

o Constantly monitoring and learning from competitors and industry trends

o Observing Good Quality Products, Service Excellence and Cleanliness inside the store.

Grow the company with new partnerships

o Locate potential sites for company-owned stores

o Acquire more leads and convert them into successful dealership

o Build relationships with malls, lessors, and other strategic partners who could help the company and its dealers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
