Our service teams are strategically based in key cities to provide comprehensive coverage across the region.

Role Description

The ATM Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on ATM and point-of-sale systems, addressing customer service requests promptly, and ensuring optimal functionality of equipment. Additional duties include troubleshooting issues, repairing or replacing hardware, conducting routine inspections, and providing technical support to clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ATM systems, hardware troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Technical skills in repairing and replacing ATM components, electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong problem-solving, diagnosis, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Relevant technical certifications or training in electronics, IT, or related fields
  • Previous experience in ATM servicing or a similar technical role is an advantage
