About the Role

We are seeking a detail-focused professional to handle inbound sales inquiries and provide operational support as a Sales Support & Knowledge Specialist. This role ensures efficient call management, maintains essential documentation, and acts as the internal knowledge resource to help the sales team stay organized, responsive, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales Support

  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound sales calls, directing inquiries to the correct Sales Closer by location.
  • Ensure all sales queries are promptly acknowledged and routed to the appropriate Sales Pod Lead or team.

Knowledge & Administrative Support

  • Act as the internal expert for sales processes, tools, and resources.
  • Maintain and update documentation, SOPs, and tracking systems.
  • Organize and respond to knowledge requests, including FAQs and internal guides.
  • Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales support, administration, or knowledge management is a plus.
