About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at Wonderzyme Inc. as a Sales Specialist. In this full-time, office-based role in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth by delivering outstanding sales results. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers, providing exceptional product knowledge, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing
  • Scheduling and conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of Wonderzyme's offerings
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts with clients, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory purchasing experience
  • Providing post-sales support and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and Wonderzyme's product roadmap
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and pipeline management
  • Proficient in using sales-enablement tools and technologies
  • Adaptable, resilient, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
