Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Relations, or a related role (preferably in the software development or tech industry).
- Strong ability to represent the CEO/company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
- Excellent analytical skills—capable of understanding clients' needs, analyzing business opportunities, and proposing effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to identify new markets, develop strategies, and help drive company growth.
- Familiarity with software development processes, tech products, or digital solutions (preferred).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement business plans.
- Can work independently, make sound decisions, and handle high-level discussions.
Other Requirements:
- Willing to travel for client meetings if necessary.
- High sense of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
