JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving client acquisition efforts for a recruitment firm by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, and delivering presentations that showcase the firm's recruitment solutions. The Business Development Executive plays a key role in expanding the firm's market presence and driving business growth in a competitive recruitment landscape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to build a pipeline of leads.

  • Reach out to prospective clients, establish relationships, and schedule meetings to present recruitment solutions tailored to their business needs.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for the recruitment firm, focusing on building long-term partnerships.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the firm's services and value propositions.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and target markets to position the firm effectively.

  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, addressing concerns and objections to close deals successfully.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and repeat business.

  • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to align client expectations with service delivery.

  • Continuously monitor trends in recruitment and human resources to provide informed advice and solutions to potential clients.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
