  • Oversees accounting operations and processes both internal and external report compliance
  • Supervising and managing the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting personnel.
  • Ensure that all accounting works within the accounting department run smoothly.
  • Maintain the integrity and correctness of financial reports, Profit and Loss and Books of Accounts.
  • Supervise month-end close activities, including reviewing of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, inventory and capital.
  • Develop and document accounting processes lead to accounting policies and procedures within the company.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Check and review all disbursements/expenditures.
  • Monitors Accounts payable with direct coordination to supplier for account reconciliation and concerns relative to company's credit standing.
  • Ensure compliance with governments, local and legal requirements for tax related reports submission, and remittance, including but not limited to business licenses of the company and its branch offices and VAT, Expanded Tax, Tax withheld on compensation and others
  • Supervise and assist in the report preparation of the Vendor's data subscription and other related to revenue recognition, data analysis
  • Coordinates with bank for cash management services for financial products solutions to streamline company's finances.
  • Maintain accounting files, records and documents.
  • ERP system trainer within the department.
