Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Officer to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and other surveillance equipment to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect suspicious activities or safety concerns.

  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies in accordance with established procedures.

  • Report security breaches, safety hazards, or unlawful activities to appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.

  • Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.

  • Support investigations by reviewing and retrieving relevant video footage.

  • Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement when necessary.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a security or surveillance role preferred.

    • Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance tools.

    • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

    • Ability to work independently and remain alert during extended periods.

    • Good communication and report-writing skills.

    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
