The Safety and Security Officer develops and directs the programs of security personnel and shall be responsible for coordinating and overseeing security operational plans in the Security Department. The Safety and Security Officer will work to improve the operations of the security department and strengthen coordination, information sharing, and surveillance activities through mutual interaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Safety and security assistance issues and matters coordinated to respective Dealer Admin and Security Guard assigned.

*Liaise with Security Agency and Security Guards on all issues and matters concerning safety and security to be assigned.

*Preparation and compilation of necessary documentation that supports investigation/interrogation performed to a specific case.

*Active involvement in the Occupational Safety and Health Program which includes but not limited to Risk Management, Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Management of Autohub Group.

*General CCTV operations and maintenance support services delivery based on assigned and installed CCTV Paraphernalia across Autohub wide facility.

EDUCATION: ANY COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERINCE, DEGREE, AND DIPLOMA IN SOCIAL WORK, SOCIOLOGY, CRIMINOLOGY, DISASTER PREPAREDNESS OR ANY RELEVANT SOCIAL SCIENCE FIELD.

- PROVEN SECUITY TRIANING IN THE FIELD OF SECURITY ADMINISTRATION;

- PROVEN ACADEMIC OR OJT AND UNDERSTANDING OF MANAGING HUMANITARIAN ASSISATNCE.

WORK EXPERIENCE: AT LEAST 5 YEARS PREOGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING SECURITY PROGRAMS FOR COMPANY OR RURAL COMMUNITIES OR POLICE OR MILITARY SERVICE.

ELIGIBILITY: KNOWLEDGABLE IN SAFETY AND HEALTH PLANS AND PROGRAMS.

* APPLICANTS WITH THE RANK OF A MILITARY OR POLICE OFFICER AND WITH INVESTIGATION SKILLS WILL HAVE AN ADVANTAGE.
