Lead the security operations of the office, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. Oversee the security team, develop policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate emergency response and law enforcement collaborations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, protocols, and SOPs tailored to the office environment
  • Partner with senior management to align security measures with organizational objectives.
  • Lead selection, training, scheduling, evaluation, and mentorship of security personnel
  • Conduct regular drills (fire, evacuation, intrusion) and enforce uniform and conduct standards.
  • Manage access control (Biometric machine), guard patrols, surveillance systems (CCTV), and alarm monitoring
  • Oversee incident handling—from detection to documentation and resolution—including coordination with PNP/BFP or other agencies
  • Perform periodic risk and vulnerability assessments; implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with local security regulations, LESP licensing, and site-specific requirements
  • Maintain and audit security infrastructure (CCTV, alarms, access control)
  • Research and recommend technological enhancements to strengthen security.
  • Manage security department budgets; track expenses and submit variance reports
  • Prepare incident, compliance, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Liaise with Legal, HR, Facilities, Finance, and external agencies (PNP, BFP)
  • Arrange security coverage for events, VIP visits, and external client requirements.
  • Analyze security data to identify improvement areas and implement best practices
  • Ensure security documentation and training content are current and relevant.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–7 years in security roles including at least 2 years in supervisory/managerial capacity
  • Valid LESP license plus PNP-SOSIA clearances.
  • Preferably DOLE Safety Officer or relevant security certifications (e.g., CSP, CPP)
  • Proficient in CCTV/alarm technologies, risk assessments, incident investigation, and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
