In this role, you'll work directly with the Company Directors & CEO, assist in company-wide initiatives, and help us attract and retain top talent as we scale.

Role Overview:

The
Operations & People Officer

ensures the smooth daily execution of business processes across operations, sales, and HR support functions.

This role acts as the central coordinator between management, independent distributors, suppliers, and internal teams — driving operational efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, supporting distributor sales activities, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and people-oriented — capable of managing multiple priorities, streamlining processes, and keeping the business running seamlessly day to day.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Support & Distributor Coordination

  1. Serve as the main liaison for 30 independent distributors beauty advisors
  2. Process distributor purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules in coordination with logistics and accounting.
  3. Maintain accurate sales and inventory records in the company CRM or ERP system.
  4. Provide CEO with WEEKLY sales & recruiting reports, analyze sales trends, and prepare monthly performance summaries.
  5. Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals for new accounts.
  6. Support the implementation of promotions, pricing updates, and sales programs across all distributors.
  7. Support in opening New Watsons Branches & Expansion Efforts

Operations Management

  1. Support importation efforts and logistics with Customs
  2. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and track shipment timelines for importation cycles.
  3. Manage supplier communications, quotations, and purchase requests to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Track and report operational KPIs such as order processing time, fulfillment accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  5. Work closely with the CEO on HR direction, performance tracking, and team alignment

HR & People Coordination

  1. Handle light HR tasks such as attendance tracking, employee records updates, HMO Management and new-hire onboarding coordination.
  2. Assist in recruitment for sales teams nationwide — from sourcing to onboarding
  3. Liaise with HR and Finance for payroll submissions, benefits documentation, and employee reimbursements.
  4. Coordinate internal announcements, staff schedules, and policy dissemination.
  5. Support company culture initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  6. Maintain and improve a positive, high-performance work culture (Maintain & uphold the office standards and the people that work there)
  7. Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures professionally

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Availability & Reliability (Be proactive & Accessible)
  • Inventory Supply Health (No running out of our core Product)
  • Accuracy & timeliness of inventory and sales data
  • Timeliness of Weekly reports and KPI dashboards
  • Speed & Quality of assigned tasks
  • Efficiency improvements or SOP enhancements implemented quarterly
  • Compliance and document completion rate
  • Office Standard (You will be responsible for ensuring our office is upholding certain standards especially when Govt or FDA personnel visit)


You're a Great Fit If You...

  • 5+ years experience in end-to-end HR management (preferably in sales-driven organizations)
  • Proven success in recruiting and managing large sales teams
  • Moderate understanding of Philippine labor law
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation Range:

₱45,000 – ₱55,000 per month (gross), depending on experience and performance

Includes eligibility for performance bonuses and potential promotion to Operations Supervisor within 12–18 months.
