Primary Duties and Obligations:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end operations of the accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment runs, and expense report management

2.Creating and sending invoices, reconciling received payments, tracking due payment.

3.Process expense claims, liaising with procurement and suppliers, reconciling statements and investigating discrepancies.

  1. Issuance of invoices to clients and 2307 form tracking from clients. ensuring proper documentation and verify transactions before issuance of invoices for goods or services provided. And be responsible for managing the AR account processing of daily activities so as to ensure the consistency of accounts and facts.

  2. Manage the collection and clearing of overdue receivables, and contact the business department in time for customers with problems; focus on tracking customers with large amounts of accounts receivable and long aging, reconcile with customers in time, and be responsible for aging analysis report and aging analysis.

  3. Establish and manage financial archives in accordance with the accounting archives management measures to ensure that the materials are complete and confidential.

  4. Assist the company in various annual internal and external audits and provide required materials in time.

Basic Qualifications:


Background of Learning: Graduate of Bachelors Degree or above.

Background of Major: Major in Accounting, Financial Management, or equivalent.

Work Experience: At least one (1) year working experience in related field

Certificate of Qualification: CPA in Philippines not required


Profession Knowledge:

  1. Understanding with the accounting standards and accounting policies of companies in the Philippines, and have financial analysis capabilities;

  2. Understanding with Philippine tax laws, regulations, and policies.

Skill:


Computer literate, familiar with common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


Requirement of Ability:


Possesses good professional skills and problem solving skills; have strong language expression and coordination and communication skills;

Strong teamwork spirit; strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work.
