Overview

This role supports the regional finance team in managing financial reporting, expense disbursements, and vendor-related processes across multiple entities within the organization. The position contributes to accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and process improvement initiatives to ensure timely and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the financial close process for regional entities, including journal entry preparation and posting.
  • Prepare group financial reporting submissions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Coordinate intercompany billing and settlement processes across multiple business units.
  • Review and validate vendor payment requests and employee reimbursement claims for accuracy, compliance, and proper approvals.
  • Manage the corporate card program, ensuring timely submission and review of expense reports.
  • Compile and maintain payment and reimbursement summaries for management reporting.
  • Oversee and reconcile travel-related expenses in coordination with travel agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and monitor other general expenses such as telecommunications and administrative costs.
  • Support user access management for the organization's online banking systems.
  • Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including process automation, system implementations, and financial close acceleration.
  • Report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance (Regional Operations).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in audit, accounting, financial operations, or business management.
  • CPA qualification preferred or equivalent certification.
  • Proven expertise in expense disbursement, payment approval workflows, and banking system administration.
  • Strong analytical and data organization skills, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multicultural, regional environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data reporting tools.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience in financial services, asset management, or investment operations is an advantage.
