Is currently looking for a SALES OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate accounts and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
  • Handle transactions, inquiries, and issues related to Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring timely resolution and efficient coordination.
  • Conduct regular sales reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and performance tracking.
  • Meet with potential clients to promote the hotel's services, facilities, and packages, contributing to increased bookings and revenue.
  • Support the management in achieving occupancy targets and overall revenue goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver.
