We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist – Buyer to support our Operational Procurement team. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and efficient acquisition of materials and services needed for factory operations. This position plays a key role in managing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal departments to identify and define material or service requirements.
  • Prepare clear and accurate specifications for procurement needs.
  • Create, issue, and manage purchase orders through SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
  • Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery; resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports related to procurement performance, costs, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements while mitigating risks related to supply, quality, and vendor performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year course).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
  • Good communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
