About the Role

We're helping a U.S.-based tech team build out their next-generation AI platform for healthcare. They're looking for a junior developer to join their engineering team and support ongoing development within a large TypeScript monorepo that powers multiple applications — including web, automation tools, and mobile platforms.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn from experienced developers, contribute to a fast-moving environment, and gain hands-on experience with AI-driven systems.

About the Responsibilities

  • Work within a large TypeScript monorepo supporting backend and frontend projects.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize backend services built in NestJS.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain and expand system functionality.
  • Help implement and test new features across multiple interconnected apps.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and follow established development guidelines.

About the Requirements

  • 1–3 years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript and familiarity with NestJS.
  • Experience with debugging, testing, and working in multi-service environments.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern backend practices.
  • A learning mindset — open to feedback, mentoring, and new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
