Job Summary

We're hiring a Junior IT Developer with Spring Boot experience to build and maintain scalable web service applications. You'll work across the full development lifecycle from design to deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting junior developers. This role combines hands-on coding with client-facing communication and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily stand-ups to review progress and plan tasks
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy web service applications using Spring Boot and related toolkits
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets coding standards
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement software enhancements
  • Ensure solutions align with architectural guidelines and business goals
  • Mentor junior developers and support their growth
  • Stay current with industry trends through training and skill development
  • Collaborate with team members to define and apply best practices
  • Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Solid experience with Spring Boot and web service development
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and coding standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus
