Job Description

We are seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant (Junior Project Assistant)
to join our dynamic team in Manila.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in
project management
or
business analysis
. You will work closely with Project and Program Managers to ensure smooth project execution and help maintain an organized and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting Documentation

Record, transcribe, and document meetings to ensure accurate records of agreements and discussions.

Maintain up-to-date project documentation based on meeting outcomes.

Action Item Management

Track and ensure that no action items remain pending or unresolved across the CI&T team.

Monitor progress toward completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.

Logistics Support

Assist Project/Program Managers with meeting scheduling and logistics.

Help organize sessions and optimize agendas to enhance productivity.

Material Preparation

Support the preparation and review of meeting materials, such as presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.

Meeting Facilitation

Help ensure meetings start and end on time, and that clear action items with ownership are defined.

Knowledge and Experience

Communication Skills

Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.

Organizational Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing several priorities effectively.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

Experience with project management tools is an advantage.

Experience

Prior exposure to software development or IT-related projects is a plus, though not required.
