RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on civil structures, repainting, ceiling repair
  • Repair minor cracks, potholes, and surface damages to concrete
  • Conduct regular inspections of civil infrastructure to identify potential issues.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of civil structures.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure plumbing systems operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Perform corrective maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to resolve issues such as leaks, blockages, and malfunctions.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor the performance of civil and plumbing systems daily to ensure optimal operation.
  • Record and analyze operating parameters to identify and address potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance performance and activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements or scope of works.

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil works and plumbing maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven experience with concrete, masonry, and asphalt repair techniques.
  • Proven experience with plumbing techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willing to work on Shifting schedules, weekend and holidays
  • On Call during Emergencies
  • Willing to be assigned in Mactan, Cebu
