The Systems Analyst will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that Power Platform solutions meet organizational goals and enhance business operations. This role involves gathering requirements, designing workflows, developing and testing applications, and providing ongoing support for Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of system enhancements and solutions.
  • Ensure timely progress updates and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements Gathering

  • Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document requirements for custom Power Platform solutions.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and solution designs.

Development

  • Design and prototype workflows, applications, and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Testing

  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance of developed solutions.
  • Document test results, report defects, and coordinate with developers and users for issue resolution.

Support

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Platform applications and processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for users.
  • Conduct training sessions and user orientations for deployed Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Query, Power BI, and other Power Platform components.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are an advantage.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Visio).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
