We're looking for a System Analyst/Programmar for a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of BS Accounting Information System, BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, BS Business Admin
  • With at least 2 years of related work experience
  • Adept in MS Excel and other productivity tools
  • Willing to learn new systems/technology like different ERPs and Anaplan and interested to do coding and programming.
  • Innovative and able to suggest business process improvement

Role Overview:

  • Assists the Finance Manager in the Statutory Consolidation and Management Reports by reviewing, reconciling and validating the completeness and accuracy of inter-company transactions, inter-company variances, trial balances, elimination, investment (including but no limited to capitalization, conversions, merger and acquisitions), new entity set up and ownership based on assigned group.
  • Submits validated consolidated reports (elim, reinstatement, adoption of new standards, investment, offsetting, cash flow etc) and provides comprehensive explanation per subholdco, both Statutory and Management.
  • Learn and implement Systems (like Anaplan, QBD, QBO, Odoo, Macro, Google Sheets, etc).
  • Provides expertise and assistance in identifying area/s for improvement, development/coding, testing and validating any concerned systems.
  • Responsible for documentation (minutes, business processes, improvements, etc.), filing, maintaining archives (physical and soft copy), and subsequent ease of retrieval, whenever needed but must not divulge or disclose any confidential or proprietary information.
