Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials including digital assets, print ads, brochures, and promotional videos.
  • Lead and manage the social media team, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging content, and audience growth.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing alignment across departments.
  • Stay current with trends in design, digital marketing, and social media algorithms.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and agency/vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
  • Experience managing a team and marketing budget.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Proficient in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, scheduling tools).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team coordination abilities.
