Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist (InDesign), you will support marketing operations through content creation, campaign management, research, and asset development. You'll create real estate marketing materials, manage digital channels, analyze performance, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing output.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 5 years of experience (open to 5+ years)
• 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related areas
• 2-3+ years of hands-on Adobe InDesign experience
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and charts
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience creating marketing deliverables
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and brand growth

Preferred:

• Commercial real estate marketing experience strongly preferred
• Social media content creation
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
• Google Earth experience
• Basic knowledge of HTML and web design principles
• Previous experience in a fast-paced marketing or digital environment
• Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices
• Listing management (Buildout, Crexi, Costar) - training provided

Your Daily Tasks

• Create standardized marketing content for the tenant representation team, including Placemats, Site Surveys, Site Tours, Portfolio Overview documents, and other deliverables
• Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
• Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitors
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and plans
• Manage and update the company's website, blog, and social media channels
• Create engaging content including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Monitor and analyze e-marketing performance such as listings, social media, and email campaigns
• Coordinate and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms
• Support in creating and executing email marketing campaigns
