Marketing Technical Specialist

  1. Set up new domains specifically for mailbox rotation and outbound activities.
  2. Configure domain authentication protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) to ensure high email deliverability.
  3. Build and manage email sales funnels, including plain-text sequences and mixed media campaigns.
  4. Manage and maintain lead databases using platforms like Lemlist, Apollo, or similar tools.
  5. Review campaign performance regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic adjustments.
  6. Apply email warming strategies (e.g., Lemwarm) to protect and improve sender reputation.
  7. Monitor domain and email reputation to detect potential issues early and take corrective action.
  8. Conduct A/B tests on campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  9. Scrape leads from various external databases, clean data, and import them into email marketing systems.
  10. Work with Brevo

Must have experience in

  • setting up new domains for mailbox rotation

  • ⁠setting up verification of domains (DMARC/SPF)

  • ⁠setting up email sales funnel (text only emails & media and text emails.

  • ⁠lead database management experience - in lemelist, Apollo or similar

  • ⁠experience in reviewing campaigns, tweaking, and improving

  • ⁠experience in email warming techniques (lemwarm etc)

  • ⁠experience in monitoring for damaged email reputation

  • ⁠experience A/B testing campaigns

  • ⁠experience scraping leads from external databases, cleaning and inputting them into email software.

  • ⁠ideally experience in Brevo, but it's very easy to learn if no experience

Experience is a MUST - do not apply if you don't have sufficient technical experience. A technical task will be done over zoom to test technical skills.
