The role provides comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution of IT project-related activities. This role supports project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders by handling documentation, resource access, vendor onboarding, financial tracking, and service support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative assistance such as meeting scheduling, room reservations, and asset requests.
  • Manage access provisioning and deactivation for project resources.
  • Organize and maintain project artifacts in the project repository (SharePoint).
  • Provide service support by logging and tracking project-related tickets.
  • Support vendor invoice processing in coordination with Procurement and track financial documents in IPS.
  • Assist with application installations, tool evaluations, PRR and ORR ticketing processes, and compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, SharePoint, and procurement processes is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative in reaching out, coordinating, and following up with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Keen eye for accuracy, especially when handling cost-related items and financial tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related productivity tools.
  • Willing to be assigned under a 2-year contract duration.
  • Multiple hirings available with target deployment: September 2025

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
