We are looking to bring on a full-time marketing team member who can take over and manage all marketing, sales, and social media for my business. Ideally, someone reliable, creative, and results-driven who can handle everything end-to-end from strategy and design to lead generation and conversion.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow all social media channels (content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics)
  • Create and design social media and ad content
  • Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Handle website management and optimisation (SEO, speed, landing pages, etc.)
  • Execute email marketing and automation campaigns
  • Manage lead nurturing and sales follow-ups via email, SMS, and chat
  • Track performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI
  • Build systems that generate consistent leads and cover marketing costs through sales.

Key Qualities:

  • Proven marketing and social media experience (preferably with service-based or wellness brands)
  • Strong creative and design skills
  • Excellent written English and communication
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
