We're seeking a talented Customer Care Representative to join our team in Davao City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients via non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive a seamless and positive experience with our brand.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns across various communication channels
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
