About the role

Join our dedicated team at AUXILIA INC' as a Financial Software Account Representative. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Central Cebu City, Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients using our cutting-edge financial software solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound calls from customers and guide them through the use of our financial software products
  • Respond to customer queries and troubleshoot any technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and training to ensure customers get the most out of our solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple manner
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications, with a good understanding of financial software and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve customer issues
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
