What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent
  • Partner with senior recruiters on active hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Schedule interviews and follow up on feedback
  • Keep data, notes, and metrics accurate and updated
  • Learn to use AI-driven tools and Voice Bots to enhance sourcing, communication, and candidate engagement
  • Contribute ideas to improve our brand and talent pipeline

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA (HR), or Psychology (Class of 2025)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or business operations
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, or an ATS
  • Exposure to North American time zones or work culture
