DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability and alignment with company culture.
  • Assist in conducting background checks and verifying candidate credentials.
  • Maintain and regularly update applicant records in the recruitment database.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documents and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Generate, analyze, and present reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Ensure communication with candidates is professional, timely, and consistent throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and update all recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and real-time data.
  • Manage office supply requests and inventories for the recruitment team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in
    Psychology,
    Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Must possess at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for office-based positions.
  • Strong HR administration and people management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated good negotiation skills during the job offer process.
  • Proficient in using email, MS Office applications, and other business communication tools.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Goal-oriented and detail-driven, with a proactive approach to tasks.
