DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability and alignment with company culture.
- Assist in conducting background checks and verifying candidate credentials.
- Maintain and regularly update applicant records in the recruitment database.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documents and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Generate, analyze, and present reports on recruitment activities and progress.
- Ensure communication with candidates is professional, timely, and consistent throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and update all recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and real-time data.
- Manage office supply requests and inventories for the recruitment team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in
Psychology,
Human Resource Management or a related field. - Must possess at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for office-based positions.
- Strong HR administration and people management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated good negotiation skills during the job offer process.
- Proficient in using email, MS Office applications, and other business communication tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Goal-oriented and detail-driven, with a proactive approach to tasks.
