Project Development Intern

The Project Development Intern will provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Development team, assisting in documentation, office management, and on-site and stakeholder-related activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate/project development operations and government coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation, organization, and updating of project-related documents and reports

· Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document tracking (both digital and physical)

· Provide general office support, including coordination of internal requirements and materials

· Support the team during site visits, inspections, and meetings with LGUs and other stakeholders

· Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics

· Perform other administrative and project support tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Operations Management, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or other related courses

· Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Willingness to assist in site visits and attend meetings when needed

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
