What's The Gig?

  • Support the team in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Join discovery calls to observe and assist in documenting client needs and project requirements
  • Assist in preparing project timelines and communicating key milestones under supervision
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assist in task assignment and tracking project progress using project management tools
  • Flag potential project risks to the team and contribute to brainstorming possible solutions
  • Help monitor and manage scope changes by documenting requests and liaising with clients
  • Contribute to internal and client-facing project updates and reports
  • Work alongside the sales team to prepare supporting materials and feasibility insights for new deals
  • Participate in project reviews to ensure final outputs align with client expectations

What we're looking for

  • Available for a full time internship (6 months, paid internship)
  • Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Information Technology in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
  • Interest in project management and digital/web development
  • Basic understanding of Shopify, WordPress, or web development is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ) is preferred
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
  • Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn
  • Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Prior internship or project experience in a digital/agency environment is a plus
