About the role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Oracle Primavera P6 Junior Scheduler to join our dynamic team at ProjectPro, Inc. In this fulltime role based in Pampanga Central Luzon, you will play a crucial part in the planning and scheduling of our construction projects, utilizing your expertise in the Primavera P6 software.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6
  2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and dependencies
  3. Analyse project data and provide regular progress updates and forecasts
  4. Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and delays
  5. Support the implementation of best practices in project planning and scheduling
  6. Assist with the creation of project reports and presentations

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a construction planning or scheduling role
  2. Proficiency in using Oracle Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management
  3. Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and contract requirements
  4. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project data
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  7. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
