Level 3 Cloud Support Specialist

L3 Cloud Engineer responsible for troubleshooting, deploying and supporting cloud and infrastructure solutions. Act as an escalation point for infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 tenancy, including Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint, and Defender security.
- Configure and maintain Azure services such as virtual machines, networking, key vaults and automation accounts.
- Handle identity and access management via Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA, SSO, SCIM, and B2C.
- Manage Intune for Windows devices including policies, filters and application packaging
- Configure and troubleshoot Cloudflare DNS, certificates, and email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Manage Azure DevOps permissions and project access.
- Security & Compliance
Monitor and improve Azure and O365 Secure Score. - Maintain DKIM, DMARC, and SPF records via PowerDMARC.
- Monitor security threats using ESET endpoint protection.
- Administer Barracuda email security and backup solutions, including tenancy management, archiving, fraud protection, and email tracing.
- Identity & User Management
Manage user provisioning, groups (static/dynamic), and permissions via Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory. - Oversee GPOs, elevated privilege accounts, AD DS (Sites & Services), replication, and AAD Sync.
- Tools & Scripting
Use PowerShell for automation and daily task efficiency (e.g., user management, reporting). - Utilize tools like Lansweeper, PRTG and Microsoft Partner Center
- Networking & WiFi
Provides basic support and troubleshooting with Aruba Central-managed networks: VLANs, routing, WiFi captive portal, and client connectivity troubleshooting (wired and wireless). - Service Management & Knowledge Base
Use Halo ITSM for incident triage, manual logging, requests, and change management. - Contribute to internal knowledge base (KB).
