We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and ethical professional with a strong interest in Regulatory Affairs to support the registration, licensing, and compliance of VMV products locally and globally. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to FDA regulations while working closely with internal teams and regulatory authorities.

Patience, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence are essential, along with the ability to think creatively within regulatory boundaries. The ideal candidate is meticulous with documentation and procedures, yet collaborative and effective in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and FDA authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure and maintain the company's License to Operate (LTO) as an exclusive distributor in the Philippines and other required licenses or permits.
  • Assist in the registration, monitoring, renewal, and updating of product certificates, licenses, and permits.
  • Ensure full compliance with FDA requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing and other departments regarding research and development, product evaluation, usage testing, and technical requirements.
  • Manage and maintain proper product registration records (renewals, variations, updates).
  • Research and support product registration requirements in other international markets.
  • Support product registration in the US (drugs and cosmetics) and provide regulatory assistance to global markets.
  • Assist in or co-facilitate CRM and regulatory-related trainings.

Qualifications

  • Registered professional or graduate in Pharmacy, allied health, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Cosmetic Science.
  • Certificates or proof of training in cosmetic safety, quality, or regulatory compliance.
  • Preferably 1–2 years experience in Regulatory Affairs, product registration, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and product registration processes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with internal teams and regulatory authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
