Rebates & Applications Specialist

Schedule: Day Shift

About the Role:

As a Rebates & Applications Specialist at VoltX Energy, you'll ensure all government rebate and network applications are processed accurately and on time. Your attention to detail will help customers receive the incentives they deserve while supporting our company's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit rebate and grid connection applications
  • Ensure compliance with scheme rules and network requirements
  • Coordinate with customers, installers, and internal teams to gather required documents
  • Track application progress, resolve delays, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Work with Finance to confirm receipt of payments and reconcile accounts

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in administrative, compliance, or high-volume processing roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in CRM systems, online portals, and MS Office
  • Proactive problem-solver
