QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably a supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in finance—general/cost accounting or equivalent.
  • With at least 10 years Managerial experience in general accounting for construction industry
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Superior data management and data analysis skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office application
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong personality

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures timely recording of all accounting transactions;
  • Ensures proper implementation of accounting policies, procedures and system-related matters;
  • Obtains and maintains a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure;
  • Carries out financial auditing procedures;
  • Ensures accuracy and on-time submission of daily and monthly accounting reports;
  • Processes and reviews project-related disbursements
  • Prepares and analyzes project profitability report
  • Management of customer billing transactions and analytics for project-related revenues
  • Handling of accounting for project inventories and fixed assets
  • Implementation of project accounting operations and controls
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • The stated JD and KPIs here should be performed well, including attendance, to be able to pass the probationary period, prior to regularization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php65,000.00 per month
