We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Management Instructor to educate and inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of academic knowledge and practical industry experience across various sectors of hospitality, such as hotels, food and beverage, events, and tourism. This role involves developing and delivering curriculum, assessing student performance, and providing mentorship to students pursuing careers in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update course materials, syllabi, and learning resources for various hospitality management subjects (e.g., Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage Management, Revenue Management, Tourism, Event Planning, Customer Service, and Leadership).
  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction through lectures, practical labs, case studies, and industry-relevant projects, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
  • Integrate current industry trends, best practices, and technology into the curriculum to maintain relevance and student preparedness.
  • Evaluate student performance fairly and accurately through exams, assignments, practical demonstrations, and projects.
  • Provide constructive feedback and academic advising to support student success and career development.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and curriculum review processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Hospitality Management program.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of recent, relevant professional experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel general management, restaurant operations, or event leadership).
  • Demonstrated passion for teaching and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse student body.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
