The role

We are seeking a talented BMS Engineer to join our dynamic team at Yek Yeu Merchandising, Inc. in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of building management systems (BMS) that ensure the efficient and sustainable operation of our facilities.

Key responsibilities

  1. Designing and implementing BMS systems that integrate HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems
  2. Overseeing the installation, configuration, and testing of BMS equipment and software
  3. Monitoring and optimizing the performance of BMS systems to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs
  4. Providing ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support to ensure the reliable operation of BMS systems
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest BMS technologies, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of BMS systems
  3. Proficiency in programming and configuring BMS software, such as Honeywell, Siemens, or Johnson Controls
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. A keen interest in sustainability and a commitment to energy-efficient building operations
