About the role

We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join our growing team at Yek Yeu Merchandising, Inc.'. As a BMS (Building Management System) Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our building's state-of-the-art automation and control systems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing, installing, and commissioning BMS systems to optimise building performance and efficiency
  2. Developing and implementing control strategies and programming for HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems
  3. Monitoring and troubleshooting BMS systems to ensure optimal operation and identify areas for improvement
  4. Coordinating with facility management and other stakeholders to understand and address their requirements
  5. Providing training and support to building staff on the use and maintenance of BMS systems
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest BMS technologies and best practices in the industry

What we're looking for

  1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a BMS Engineer or equivalent, with a proven track record of successful system design, implementation, and optimisation
  3. Skills: Proficiency in BMS programming and integration, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation technologies; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and collaboration skills
  4. Certifications: BMS-related certifications, such as Certified Building Automation Systems Integrator (CBASI) or Certified Building Automation Systems Operator (CBASO), are highly desirable
